For SSO, if something goes wrong for a user logging in, GZ Learn's product team suggests:
- Request the user try again in an incognito window
- Please report the user's tenant id and email address to the GZ Learn team to investigate the issue.
If the user is a GZ Staff/employee, please have them add this to the end of the GZ Learn URL to authenticate as an administrator: ?is_staff_gz=1
