Welcome to your GrowthZone Learn Portal!
GrowthZone Learn is easily administered and allows for customizations to meet your needs. Our guide to getting started is designed to help you set up your portal and familiarize yourself with portal administration features and functionality. Let's get started!
1. CREATE AN ADMINISTRATOR GROUP AND INVITE PORTAL ADMINS
We recommend that you start by creating an administrator group with portal admin privileges. After making the group, invite any administrators who will be involved in the portal set-up process. To access the Groups page, click the drop-down menu in the top-right corner of the homepage and click the Groups link.

2. ACCESS THE PORTAL ADMINISTRATION SECTION OF YOUR PORTAL
To access the Portal Administration page, click the drop-down menu in the top-left corner of your portal homepage and select the Portal Administration link. From the Portal Administration page, you can access the:
- Learning Management System Module Administration page, where you can create and manage learning modules (Available with the LMS).
- Progress Reports page, where you can view progress and proficiency by user and account (Available with the LMS).
- Certificate Administration page, where you can create and manage LMS certificates (Available with the LMS). To learn more, visit the Creating and Managing LMS Certificates article.
- Metric Reports page, where you can view Portal, LMS, and DAM metrics (Available with the LMS and DAM). To learn more, visit the Metric Reports article.
- Digital Asset Management Administration page, where you can manage your Digital Asset Library (Available with the DAM).
- Audit Log page, where you can view a register of every action or event that has taken place in your portal (Available with the LMS and DAM). To learn more, visit the Access the Audit Log article.
- Portal Settings page, where you can manage general settings, user security settings, support settings, and advanced settings (Available with the LMS and DAM).
We recommend that you navigate to each page to get familiar with portal administration features and functions.
3. CUSTOMIZE YOUR PORTAL NAME, DISPLAY NAME, AND SUBDOMAIN
GrowthZone Learn administrators can easily customize the portal name, display name, and subdomain. To customize these settings, navigate to the Portal Administration page, click on the Portal Settings card, and click on the General tab.
- Portal Name: The portal name is for administrative purposes and is not visible to your users.
- Display Name: The display name is visible to your users and is used in the welcome email sent to users when invited to the GrowthZone Learn Portal, as well as the password reset email.
- Subdomain: Your portal will always be accessible at this URL. Example subdomain: https://yourcompany.learning.growthzone.com
4. ENABLE USER SECURITY SETTINGS
Two user security settings, Logout Inactive Users and Force User Password Change, are available in your GrowthZone LMS Portal. To enable these settings, navigate to the Portal Administration page, click on the Portal Settings card, and click on the User Security tab.

5. CREATE YOUR SUPPORT PAGE
Once your support page is created, a "Need Support?" link will be available at the bottom of every page, directing your users to contact you if they need assistance. To create your support page, navigate to the Portal Administration page, click on the Portal Settings card, and click on the Support Settings tab.

6. CUSTOMIZE YOUR HOMEPAGE LAYOUT
GrowthZone Learn administrators can easily create and customize homepage layouts.
